Fall, Delivered:
Professional Pumpkin Displays for Dallas' Finest Homes
There is a particular moment in a Dallas autumn — usually a Saturday in early October — when the front entries of Highland Park and Preston Hollow transform. Heirloom pumpkins appear on stone steps in impossible variety: deep-ribbed Cinderellas, ghost whites, blue-grey Jarrahdales, minis tucked among hay bales. The displays look effortless. They are not. Behind the best of them is a trip to a wholesale grower, several hundred pounds of lifting, and an eye for composition — or a team that handles all three.
Last fall we quietly offered that team to the homes we manage, and the response told us everything — bringing the displays back became the most requested item on our list. So this year, fall delivery returns, open to members and non-members alike across Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
How it works
The service is deliberately simple, because that is the point of it. You choose one of three curated displays. Our team sources the collection — classic jack o'lanterns, white ghost pumpkins, pie pumpkins, specialty heirlooms, hay bales, ornamental gourds — then delivers, designs, and sets the arrangement at your entry sometime between late September and early October, scheduled around your calendar. No trips to the pumpkin patch, no lifting, no second trip for the hay bales that didn't fit the first time. You come home to October.
Three displays, sized to the home
The Classic Porch — $1,200 installed. A warm, tailored welcome for a front stoop or covered entry: six large and six medium jack o'lanterns, six white ghost pumpkins, an assortment of pie pumpkins, eight specialty pumpkins, and two hay bales.
The Signature Harvest — $1,700 installed. A layered display that carries the whole entry — eight large and eight medium jack o'lanterns, eight white ghosts, pie pumpkins, fourteen specialty varieties, two hay bales and ornamental gourds. The one neighbors slow down for.
The Estate Statement — $2,750 installed. A full transformation of the approach: two grand-prize pumpkins as anchors, ten large and eight medium jack o'lanterns, eight white ghosts, pie pumpkins, sixteen specialty varieties, mini orange and mini white pumpkins, hay bales and gourds — flowing down both sides of the steps and along the walk.

The member difference
Every package includes professional design and set-up, whoever orders it. Roost & Realm members receive 10% off seasonal decor and end-of-season removal included — when November arrives, the display disappears as effortlessly as it appeared. Members also reserve first, which matters: collections are sourced per home, and reservations close in mid-August for the season. It is a small, seasonal example of what concierge home management feels like year-round — the home simply handled, one season at a time.
