Our Philosophy
Roost & Realm is a concierge home management company built for the way Dallas's most discerning homeowners actually live: busy, often traveling, and unwilling to spend their evenings coordinating contractors. Our annual membership delivers full-spectrum stewardship of the residence — quarterly seasonal handyman service, semi-annual paint touch-ups, semi-annual property walkthroughs, monthly vendor coordination, and same-day response for emergencies — all tracked through a transparent smart app.
Our roots are in fine renovation, now carried forward by our in-house Remodeling & Building team, which means we understand how luxury homes are built and how to care for them. We are embedded in Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, and North Dallas, and our concierges live and work in the neighborhoods we serve. Pricing is fixed, and our two-hour average response time is answered by the person who already knows your home.
